At TAO we work to provide our clients with everything they need. We have a process in place that assists us in providing you with a great product. This is our process, but we can assist with any service, at any stage.
Drafting
All good products start with an idea and a design. With a perfect combination of industry knowledge, training, and a passion for innovation, we can develop designs for your next steel product. Our in-house drafting and design service gives us an advantage through the fabrication process too. We use leading 3D modelling software Tekla, which takes a data based approach and allows us to show you what your product will look like before we fabricate it.
Fabrication
From cutting and perforation, bending and rolling, and through to welding, we use a range of manipulation techniques to create your steel product. We can galvanise, paint, and powder coat to provide a sparkling finish too. Being transparent and providing assurance to our clients is our priority. We use STRUMIS to track our entire process. This software means we can barcode steel so it’s entirely traceable and we know where each piece of steel is at every stage. It also means that you receive regular, detailed, and accurate reports weekly so you always know what we’re doing with your project.
Installation
As part of our endeavour to provide our clients with everything they need, we offer site installation as well. We ensure our team receive regular education and training to ensure they’re up to date with current legislation. Meaning safety is always prioritised on your site and you receive a professional, efficient installation. We communicate with you throughout the installation process to ensure you know what to expect every step of the way.
